Chef David traces his roots deep into the countryside of Sicily. Trained at the prestigious CIA academy in New York, David then began a professional path within the culinary world that included some of the best restaurants in New York City. During this time, he worked and grew with one of the late legends of our time, Anthony Bourdain. David continues his passionate quest to bring the best of what he has to offer to those of us fortunate enough to taste it.
